Schools, Colleges and Libraries - This site is a valuable collection of data about programs, rankings and attendance at neighborhood schools, area colleges and libraries.

Neighborhood Profiles - This site contains nearly 100 pieces of data on every zip code in the U.S.

Local Crime Mapping - This site is a credible collection of reports including: cases, arrests, citations and some traffic-related incidences as provided by cooperating law enforcement agencies throughout S. D. County. There is the ability to pinpoint the geographic location of each incident.

ZIP Code Mapping - The most accurate ZIP code map available powered by Google.

Walk Score - This site is an effective attempt to promote walkable neighborhoods as a simple solution to climate change, stronger communities and personal health. Plug in an address and a score is generated based upon reasonable walking distances to shopping, restaurants, schools and public transit.

Grantor/Grantee Index - If you are considering a rental home, condo or apartment and are concerned whether it could be in foreclosure (40% of all local foreclosures have been rentals) look up to determine if a notice of default has been filed (first step toward foreclosure).
