A: The condition of a vacancy is critical. A home that is not clean and in good condition often indicates to the potential resident that the owner or manager is unwilling to maintain a property. If the resident feels the owner doesn't care; why should they?
Our experience shows us that potential residents don't visualize how nice a home could be. Having a rent-ready home attracts a better quality of applicants. We anticipate needed upgrades and repairs before the vacancy. If possible, we will schedule the work immediately.
