Q: How important is it that the vacancy is rent-ready?
A: The condition of a vacancy is critical. A home that is not clean and in good condition often indicates to the potential resident that the owner or manager is unwilling to maintain a property. If the resident feels the owner doesn't care; why should they?

Our experience shows us that potential residents don't visualize how nice a home could be. Having a rent-ready home attracts a better quality of applicants. We anticipate needed upgrades and repairs before the vacancy. If possible, we will schedule the work immediately.

Q: Does it matter how the potential resident is treated?
A: The resident is a customer that is being asked to give us 1/3 to 1/2 of their monthly income for a place to live. They deserve respect and quality service. How we treat our customers sets the tone for the relationship during the tenancy. Therefore, we maintain a policy of showing your home when the potential resident wants to see it. This sets us apart from other management companies.
