San Diego Housing Providers- who are they?

September 17, 2020by melissad0
I often hear a misconception about housing providers- everyone who owns property are money hungry billionaires! Wrong! Our business and industry is built on the shoulders of hardworking people. Those who happened to buy, inherit or in some cases even build a property. Most Property Owners just wanted to be able to offer housing in San Diego. Many are military that bought a home and then were stationed elsewhere. Some our in our senior community and depend on their rental income for survival. This video is meant to give our audience a chance to get to know the human side of housing providers in San Diego. The owners we represent are your grandparents, neighbors and friends. People who just happened to own or inherit a property. The people just trying to do the right thing and provide quality housing. Government is challenging the very well being of this industry and the people who literally built it. We need to be encouraging housing and building it, not making it more difficult on the ones who already provide it. In this video you will hear from three real life Property Managers/ Housing Providers and their take on the Owners they work with.
